“I have been visiting the team at Body Smart for a year now working on several injuries that have never healed correctly. I am happy to say Joe and Roger have managed to get this old body of mine to a point where I am fitter and faster than I have been for a very long time.
Thanks to them I traveled to the Inline Hockey Worlds in the Czech Republic representing New Zealand in top physical shape. With wanting to push myself in my chosen sports I will continue to see Joe and Roger working on developing my strength and flexibility to again try to make the New Zealand team”.
